Employee Flow

For KioskForce PPE vending machines, we offer a convenient pin code login option for employees.

To access this feature, the admin can navigate to the Organization Settings section and toggle the Access Code Configuration for the employees on/off. Once enabled, employees can easily pick up or return items by simply entering their unique pin code.

How the Login Process Works

1. Employees tap the vending machine on Access Code.
2. They enter their unique PIN code.
3. The machine system verifies the code and allows item selection/returning.
