Forgot Password
If you forgot the password, you need to follow this procedure to reset it by yourself,
- Visit Forgot Password page
- Input your email in the Email input box
- Click “Submit” button
- If the email provided is in our database, you will receive an email from support+ppe@vendingontrack.com with subject Reset Password Email
- Click the link in the email
- Input the new password
- Input the same new password in “Verify Password”
- Click “Submit” to update your password
Once password is reset, please go to Login page to login again with the updated password.
Reest MFA
If you need to reset Multi-Factor Authenticator, please ask the other administrators in the organization to disable MFA for your account. If no other administrators available, please contact Vending on Track Support Team.
