Dashboard
After logging into the system, you will be greeted with dashboard. Dashboard will make the following information available at a glance,
- Total Items Dispensed Today
- Total Items Dispensed This Week - calendar week, it may start with Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday depends on organization’s location settings.
- Total Employees
- Active Employee number - this number only includes those who have taken items during the last 7 days.
- Dispensing Stats
- Number of items dispensed
- Types of items dispensed shown in the pie chart
- Latest transaction records
News & Updates
When we release new features, a Latest News & Updates window appears over the dashboard the first time you open it, summarising what has changed. Each entry is tagged as a feature or an improvement and written for administrators — there is nothing technical to decipher.
- Got it marks the announcements as read. You will not see the window again until we publish the next round of updates.
- Remind me later closes the window without marking it as read, so it comes back the next time you open the dashboard.
- What’s New, at the top right of the dashboard, reopens the window at any time, including after you have marked it as read.
Whether you have read the announcements is remembered in your browser, not in your account. If you sign in from a different computer or browser, or clear your browsing data, the window appears once more. Every administrator in your organization sees the same announcements.

Dispensing Stats
In the Dispensing Stats Chart, you can keep an eye on daily consumption. The chart duration can be changed via the drop down menu on top right corner. It has a few options to help you navigate through the data,
- 7 Days
- 28 Days
- 90 Days
- 180 Days
- 365 Days
Please note, changing the duration to “180 days” or “365 days” may cause the system to go “loading” for a few seconds, please be patient as it might load significant amount of data depends on your account requirement.
Latest Transactions
In the Latest Transactions section, you can find recent records,
- UUID - record ID
- Employees - staff name
- Key Card Number - key card number (if the transaction is using key card)
- Time - transaction time; if the item is
trackable, both pickup and return time will be displayed. - Product - product information about this transaction; if the item is
trackable, it will be noted. - Vending Machine / Locker - the name of the vending machine or standalone locker for the transaction
- Location - site location for the transaction
- Job ID - job code
To find more records, perform complex queries, or expand beyond the last 20 records, you could use Transaction Records page instead.
