Update Password

You can follow this procedure to update/change password,

1. Visit Personal Profile page
2. Click “Change Password” tab
3. Input current password
4. Input new password
5. Input new password again in “Verify Password” input box
6. Click “Submit” to verify and update password

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For increased security, you can optionally enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your account.

To enable MFA, you have to install one of the MFA authenticator apps on your mobile,

• Google Authenticator
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Authy - recommended

Please note, once enabled, you won’t be able to disable it by yourself. You have to either contact other administrators or Vending on Track support to disable that feature for your account.

To enable this feature, please follow this procedure,

1. Visit Personal Profile page
2. Go to “Two Factor Authentication” tab
3. Scan the QR Code with your MFA authenticator app and follow the app to finish setup
4. Input the code in the verification code input field and click “Complete 2FA” to verify your setup
