Management Auditing
PPE Vending provides rich set of features to do management auditing. The main features include

Administrator Management

Auditing Logs
Auditing logs can be found on Audit Logs. This includes most of the critical operations performed by the administrators on the organization level. Each entry has the following information,
- Time
- Action - the name of the audit log entry
- Admin - who is the administrator that performs the activity
- Summary - a short description on what happened
To export the audit logs, retrieve archive, or request ingress integration for enterprise clients, please contact Vending on Track support.
Security Event Tracking
PPE Vending provides comprehensive security event tracking for all authentication attempts:
PIN Code Input Events
PIN Code Input Events track all PIN code authentication attempts on vending machines and lockers. This feature helps administrators:
- Monitor all PIN entry attempts (successful and failed)
- Detect potential security threats such as brute force attempts
- Analyze access patterns and identify anomalies
- Maintain compliance with security audit requirements

Key Card Tap Events
Key Card Tap Events track all key card authentication attempts on vending machines and lockers. This system provides:
- Complete audit trail of all key card taps
- Verification status for each tap event
- Employee association for registered cards
- Ability to allocate unregistered cards to employees
