If you use the Manufacturer/Manufacturer Code/Suplier/Supplier Code to record the products’ prices, you will need to transform the format of these columns to ensure that Excel will be able to calculate prices and costs correctly. (Please refer to the tutorial video for how to create pivot tables or charts and how to transform the cell format.)

Step 2. Upload the Report Template to the System

  1. On the Scheduled Reports page, click the Manage Report Templates button to go to the Templates page
  2. On the Templates page, click the New Template button
  3. Input the template name and upload the template file
  4. Click Create to save
  5. In the Operations column, click Preview to generate transaction data for the last 7 days
  6. Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Excel to check if the data automatically updates to reflect the latest transactions, and if the pivot tables or charts are automatically refreshed with the new data
  7. If the report template can work properly, proceed to Step 3; If not, please go back and modify the template, and ensure that all steps are followed correctly.
